Aosta is on the lookout for talented and dedicated Chef to join our team! As Chef de Partie, you'll be at the heart of creating delightful dining experiences preparing dishes according to the recipes and standards set by the head chef; oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes from that section are prepared correctly according to our standards, of the highest quality and in a timely manner. We encourage creativity and welcome collaboration, where your ideas are not just heard but celebrated.
About us Aosta is an award-winning restaurant in stunning Arrowtown (18 Buckingham Street), located near Queenstown.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chef (minimum 2 year experience)
Creativity and passion for crafting unique and delicious dishes.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a diverse and appealing breakfast, lunch and dinner menu.
Oversee kitchen operations during morning shifts and cooperate during the evening shifts.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are consistently met.
Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Rotating food Stock Benefits
Full Time role, with a minimum of 30 hours per week guaranteed Hourly Pay or Salary Share in high TIPS each week
